Our equipment is designed for professionals who consider that the products ordered correspond to their requirements. Our products are guaranteed against defective workmanship for a duration of five years including the Socla pneumatic and electric actuators, except backflow preventers (RPZ) and all other type of motorisations which are guaranteed one year. (Guarantee of one year on water meters).
This guarantee covers a free of charge reconditioning or exchange of the defective product, all other associated costs are excluded. Socla may possibly accept compensations costs to cover installations repairs. This is subjected to our formal agreement before works and expenses are engaged.
